Limits, permissions and blacklist

Who can open a ticket, and how many.

Support roles

At the server level, support roles have access to every ticket. A panel can override that list and declare its own roles, plus a second group of additional roles.

Use case: billing has no business reading moderation tickets.

Member rights

  • The author can close their ticket (on by default).
  • Staff can add or remove members from the ticket (on by default). Useful for bringing in a specialist.

Opening limits

LimitEffect
Open tickets per memberStops someone opening ten tickets in parallel (1 by default)
Total open ticketsGlobal cap on the panel, 0 = unlimited
Exempt rolesThese roles ignore the limits
Cooldown between ticketsA waiting time before another can be opened

Blacklist

A member can be barred from opening tickets, with a recorded reason. There is no ambiguity: they simply cannot open any more, on any panel.

You can also block by role: holders of these roles cannot open a ticket.

Removing someone from the blacklist immediately restores their right to open one.
