Claiming in Discord
Your buyers collect their role themselves.
Claiming solves the most common problem in online selling: your shop knows an email, not a Discord account.
The principle
Your source sends the purchase without a Discord ID. Bao creates a pending entitlement, attached to the email. The member, meanwhile, is already on your Discord: they click a Claim my role panel, prove they own the email, and receive their role.
The Discord ID comes from the click itself: there is nothing to type in, so there is no typo to make.
Three verification modes
| Mode | How it works | Safety |
|---|---|---|
| A 6-digit code is sent to the address. It expires after 15 minutes, with 5 attempts maximum | The safest | |
| Proof | The member enters something only you and they know (an order number, for instance), compared with what your source sent | Good |
| None | Plain email match | The least safe |
Publishing the panel
From the dashboard, or with the /premium panel command. You customise the title, the description and the button label.
Member not on the server
If the person is not on your Discord yet at the time of purchase, nothing is lost: the entitlement is kept and the role is applied automatically when they arrive. There is no queue for you to manage.
