The dashboard

Signing in, choosing a server, who has access to what.

Signing in

There is no account to create. You sign in with your Discord account, via the Sign in with Discord button.

Choosing a server

Once signed in, Bao shows the list of servers you can manage. A server appears there if both conditions are met:

  1. You are an administrator there, or you hold Manage Server;
  2. Bao is installed there.

If a server is missing, it is almost always because one of the two conditions is not met.

A dashboard for the team

The configuration belongs to the server, not to you. Every administrator sees the same settings, the same tickets, the same statistics, and can change everything. There is no "personal" configuration to hand over when someone leaves the team.

How the screens are organised

  • Overview: the state of the server at a glance.
  • Messages, Campaigns: what goes out, and when.
  • Tickets, AI support: support.
  • Moderation, Logs: security and traceability.
  • Levels, Welcome, Roles, Giveaways: community life.
  • Configuration: commands, billing, MCP connector, custom bot.

Language

Bao is available in French and English. The language is set per server: it changes the interface, the messages the bot sends, and the command replies.
