History and retention
What you can read back depending on your plan.
The depth of readable history depends on your plan:

This concerns the moderation log, the delivery log and the audit log. On the free plan, these logs are not included: the screen stays accessible and shows that something is happening, but no content is readable.
Nothing is deleted
This is the important point: retention filters reading, it destroys nothing.
Beyond your depth, a line stays listed with its date and its nature, but its content is hidden. If you move up a plan, or resubscribe, everything reappears intact.
A change of plan never makes you lose your history.
What happens on a change of plan
Bao cuts off creation, never what exists.
- A feature that falls outside your plan stops working, but its configuration stays in place. It resumes as it was if you come back.
- A panel, an agent, a giveaway created on a higher tier are not deleted.
- Settings that depend on an uncovered feature are simply ignored, and Bao tells you so instead of pretending to save them.
